Mr. Anuj Bhaskar

Mr. Bhaskar, founded Arteva Consulting Private Limited in the year 2006 in collaboration with Arteva LLC, a New Jersey based recruiting Company. In the year 2016, Mr. Bhaskar formed Arteva Group with its group of companies focusing on emerging business verticals in the Area of IT, Business Consulting, agriculture and education. Arteva Group is primarily working with Public sector delivering on various key projects of Government of India & various state Governments. Group has various domestic & International clients& partners. Mr. Bhaskar is a graduate from Jamia University in Business studies & black belt in six-sigma from Indian Statistical Institute With over 15 years of experience in business management he is currently serving as Founding Director & Chief Executive officer of Arteva Group.

Mr. Amit Sarawat

Mr. Amit Sarawat brings to the table an immense experience of 18+ years as an academician, trainer and consultant. He has worked with a number of educational, social and government institutions across the country. Amit has spent a substantial amount of time with academic institutions and has played a key role in transformation of educational pedagogies and methods over the past few years. His ability for attention to detail and keenness to alter his methodologies for every student made him thrive to become a trainer at a regional level. After touching the lives of thousands of students and exploring teaching insights across Asia, he expanded his vision of revolutionizing the education system to the grass root level of the society, he became an active member as a Consultant and Advisor to Arteva Group, primarily known for its IT and Govt. consulting projects.

Mrs. Namrata Marwaha

With post-graduation in public relations, Mrs. Namrata Marwaha comes with over 20 years of experience in business development, client acquisition & client management. She has strong experience working with large business houses, focussing on Government sector. She has worked in various sectors including Education, Travel & Tourism, Renewable Energy, Rural development & Consulting. She has been a key personnel in acquiring & implementing pro jects with various state Governments of India including setting up of a super critical power plant of 650*4MW, supply of Drinking water, 50MW Solar Power Project for Gujrat Government. She has also handled projects for Government of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Government of India in the area of rural development. She is an active social activist, working with many NGOs to help them develop & grow.

Amandeep Kaur has more than 18 years of combined experience in Operations & Trainings. She honed her abilities in Project Management, Account Management, Talent Development, Mentoring and Conflict resolution, providing a solid foundation to the role of Operations Head. Her management strength, people-centric nature and recognizing improved approaches have afforded her excellent critical thinking skills. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in collaborating efficiently, her focus is on building strong professional relationships contributing to the core principles of Arteva.

Mr. Karan Rihani

Mr. Karan Rehani, a cost accountant, is having a CMA degree and bachelor degree in commerce. He is working with Arteva from over 3 years, managing accounts & finance. He is an astute accounting professional & has given phenomenal contribution towards growth of the organization. He has constantly delivered on financial forecasting, funds management, accounting & statutory filings.

Mr. Ajay Saklani

Ajay Saklani is a Sales, Marketing & Business Development professional having served in Sales, Marketing, BD, Liasioning, Customer Relationship Management & Strategic leadership roles in Indian Corporates as well as MNCs for the past 25yrs, with continued success in meeting business / operational goals. Ajay has exceptional people management skills, proven ability to train, evaluate and lead successful cross functional teams and has cultivated positive & enduring relationships with customers and stake holders in different environments. Ajay is B.E Computer Science & Post Graduate in Marketing and has done management courses from IIM Bangalore & IIM Lucknow. He has been instrumental in planning & successfully implementing innovative Sales & marketing plans, conducting market research, identifying emerging market trends and introducing Sales & Marketing strategies. CRM plans, preparing business plans, MIS, Forecasting, Cash flows, Launching new projects, Developing & implementation of SOPs & processes, Annual Appraisals, problem solving & issues resolutions within escalation matrix, Establishing new locations, Networking etc.
